- We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Telesales Executive who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls and help achieve sales targets.
- We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products or services.
- The role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
- Contact existing and potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services
- Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable solutions
- Accurately record customer orders and ensure timely processing
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team when required
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Follow up with customers regularly and provide professional support over calls
- Use company sales guidelines and communication scripts effectively while handling objections confidently
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience
