Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady flow of qualified appointments for the sales team, ultimately maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- **Schedule Appointments:** Reach out to potential customers, introduce products/services, and secure appointments for the sales team.
- **Maximize Appointment Scheduling:** Strive to schedule as many appointments as possible each month to maintain consistent sales momentum.
- **Ensure Quality of Appointments:** Provide high-quality leads and appointments that align with the sales team’s needs to increase the probability of sales closures.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Contribute directly to sales by ensuring appointments are made with the right prospects.
- **Weekly & Monthly Reporting:** Submit accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Telemarketing Supervisor to track performance and results.
Language Preference
**English / Hindi / Tagalog** preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Tele sales, or outbound voice process, preferably in insurance or a similar background.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a must. Knowledge of Tagalog is advantageous.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- **Salary:** AED 3,000/- to 4,000/- per month + Incentives
