Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting real estate properties to achieve sales targets.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing
  • Promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads
  • Coordinate with sales agents and management for closures

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and calling systems
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
