We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to manage our digital presence across social media platforms while also maintaining and enhancing our company website.
The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to drive online engagement, brand visibility, and website performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
Web Development & Management
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website
- Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices
- Update content, images, menus, and landing pages regularly
- Optimize website for SEO and user experience (UX/UI)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security
- Integrate third-party tools (booking systems, payment gateways, CRM)
- Perform regular backups and updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and web development
- Proficiency in:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
- Strong communication and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
