Overview
We are looking for a result-driven **Telesales Executive (Kannada Speaking)** to drive customer engagement and generate sales through outbound calls.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Fluency in **Kannada (mandatory)**
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English
- Prior experience in telesales or telecalling
- Basic understanding of financial products is a plus
- Fintech experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
