Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone, promoting our products or services, and driving sales.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle objections with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and close sales.
- Present and explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain updated records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
