Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and close sales.
• Present and explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain updated records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
