Klaut Advertising is a leading digital marketing and advertising agency specializing in social media marketing, branding, website development, SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and creative content production.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, following up on leads, scheduling client meetings, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Klaut Advertising's services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Klaut Advertising's service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
  • Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
