Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, networking, and direct client meetings
- Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships
- Present company services, proposals, and marketing solutions professionally
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable advertising strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients regularly
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/database
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and represent the company professionally
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
