The role focuses on outbound telesales, lead qualification, sales conversion, and developing new client relationships.
Roles and responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers and promote products and services suited to their needs.
- Record customer interactions accurately and track leads and follow-ups.
- Identify and qualify leads through questioning and active listening.
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
- Achieve sales targets, analyze and maintain sales data, and monitor schedules.
- Bring in new clients and develop business collaborations through target-database collection, outreach, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Develop company policies, ensure compliance, and report company processes and procedures to the manager.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- One to two years of telesales or telemarketing experience, with demonstrated sales success and industry knowledge.
- Good manner when speaking with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Initiative and negotiation skills are required.
- The candidate profile lists Malayalam, Tagalog, and English speakers.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
