Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Train and guide cleaning staff.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report operational issues to management.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in cleaning services.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Cleaning, hygiene, or facility-management certification is a plus.
