About This Role
Cold Calling Executive / Real Estate Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Cold Calling Executive / Real Estate Assistant to join our growing real estate operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing daily operational and sales support tasks remotely.
Salary
AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month + Attractive Commission Structure
Important Requirement
Only apply if you have previous real estate cold calling experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate cold calling or telesales
- Strong English communication skills
- Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and social media platforms
- Must have a valid UAE visa
- Female candidates preferred
Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential real estate clients and generating leads
- Managing CRM and updating client records
- WhatsApp follow-ups with leads and clients
- Uploading and managing property listings
- Appointment scheduling and coordination
- Assisting with daily real estate operational tasks
- Social media posting and basic engagement support
- Maintaining professional communication with clients
