About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Telesales Executive** to join our real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and generated leads (100+ per day)
- Introduce and promote real estate properties and investment opportunities
- Follow up with interested buyers and investors professionally
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments/viewings for property consultants
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate property information
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and client feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience **essential**)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary + Commission
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
