Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, act as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and facilitating high-value property investments.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Investment Advisor, CEO, and COO, gaining exposure to premium deals in Dubai’s luxury property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with leads from our exclusive database.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and investors.
- Schedule meetings for the Senior Advisor and CEO.
- Support ongoing high-value property deals.
- Prepare daily reports and provide market feedback.
- Collaborate with the investment team to close deals efficiently.
- Manage communication with UAE's top premium developers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Clear, confident, and professional English communication skills; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Team player with strong reporting discipline.
- Performance-driven, motivated by results.
