Telesales Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Telesales & Outreach:** Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and actively follow up on existing leads to achieve business targets.
• **Bilingual Pitching:** Effectively communicate, negotiate, and handle client inquiries
• **CRM & Sales Documentation:** Manage day-to-day sales administrative tasks, including precise data entry, updating CRM records, and maintaining organized client files.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Respond promptly and professionally to prospective customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure a seamless sales experience.
• **Problem Solving:** Address client concerns during the sales cycle and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum 1-2 years of experience strictly in **Telesales, Customer Relations, Insurance, or the Banking sector**.
• **UAE Market Experience:** Minimum 1 year of **UAE-based experience** is required.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree is required.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• **Core Competencies:** Strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal/people skills, and high attention to detail in administrative tracking.
