Job Vacancy: Customer Relations Executive
**Pay:** 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 (AED) per month
Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual **Customer Relations Executive** to join our team in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of excellent communication skills and strong administrative support.
You will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting sales efforts through telesales, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- **Bilingual Communication:** Effectively handle inquiries and provide support in both **English and Hindi**.
- **Telesales & Outreach:** Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads to drive business growth.
- **Administrative Support:** Manage day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining CRM records.
- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional demeanor.
- **Problem Solving:** Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
& Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in Telesales, Admin, or Customer Relations.
- **Language:** Must be fluent in **English and Hindi**.
- **UAE Experience:** Prior experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree is required.
- **Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and "people" skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
