- Oversee all aspects of marble quarrying, processing, and finishing operations to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation (labor, machinery, materials) to meet demand and minimize downtime.
- Manage the factory workforce, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures at every stage, from raw material inspection to finished product verification, to guarantee superior marble quality.
