Smart Lounge is hiring a Telesales or Telecalling Executive for UAE government services.
The role is suited to candidates with relevant government services operations or backend processing experience who want to develop a telesales career.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of UAE visa processing, immigration, AMER Centre, Emirates ID, medical services, visa typing, or related government transactions is required.
- Operations, backend processing, or customer service experience in UAE government services is strongly encouraged.
- Previous telesales experience is not mandatory when the candidate has strong UAE government services knowledge.
- Candidates should be confident, communicative, sales-oriented, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Explain UAE visa, Emirates ID, medical, and other government services to customers.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
