Smart Business Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Setup Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end UAE business setup and company formation services.
- Advise clients on company structures, licensing options, and government procedures.
- Generate leads, consult with clients, and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Manage sales from initial enquiry through completion.
- Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and authorities to process applications smoothly.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Strong, proven experience in UAE business setup and company formation.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation procedures.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and convert leads independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An existing client network and proven sales track record are favourable.
- Relevant UAE experience in business setup, company formation, and sales is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and track record, plus commission.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
