Telecaller / Visa Consultant

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed services.
• Promote visa services, Emirates ID, medical services, Amer services, and UAE government transactions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Ideal candidate

• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer service is expected for the role.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Sales-oriented ability to work toward individual and team targets.
• Practical knowledge of UAE government services and visa procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in Amer, Tasheel, typing centres, immigration, business setup, travel agencies, or government transaction centres is highly valued.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Additional language skills supporting communication with a diverse customer base are advantageous.
• One year of government transaction experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month, plus attractive commission.
