Who We're Looking For:-A confident, self-motivated telesales executive with **3 to 6 months of experience** in outbound calling or telesales.
Someone who knows how to engage leads, handle objections, and convert interest into sales or is willing to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided or self-generated leads
- Pitch products/services clearly and effectively
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- At least 3 month of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or call center environment
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center tools
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
