Telesales Agent
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of telemarketing or sales experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads successfully.
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good communication skills both English and Arabic (Mandatory)
