Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information and assist with service-related inquiries.
- Listen to customer concerns, handle them professionally, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Record calls, customer information, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Conduct follow-up calls and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests.
- Follow customer service procedures and support additional customer service activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, problem-solving, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfort using computers and digital communication tools.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests, work independently, and collaborate with a remote team.
- Good English communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
