The Service Delivery Manager oversees service operations, strengthens client relationships, and works to ensure strong service performance.
The role coordinates teams, improves processes, and supports measurable service results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service delivery operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and service-level agreements.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage escalations and ensure customer concerns are resolved professionally.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant service delivery or operations management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in service management tools and reporting systems.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
