Role responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities across relevant markets and industries.
- Build and maintain partnerships with clients, business associates, and potential collaborators.
- Develop business proposals, partnership plans, and commercial presentations.

- Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreement development.
- Manage the business development pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams on growth strategies.
- Monitor partnership performance and business KPIs and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, market research, and business reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work toward measurable targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
