About The Role

We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Executive who is fluent in both Hindi and English to join our growing Forex Sales team.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrollment.

Your role is to understand each prospect's financial goals, present the right program for them, and confidently close the sale while building a long-term relationship with the student.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Contact and engage Hindi and English-speaking leads via calls and WhatsApp

2.

Understand prospect goals and recommend the most suitable forex program (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)

3.

Conduct engaging product demos and one-on-one pitch sessions

4.

Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process

5.

Close sales and ensure proper enrollment documentation is completed

6.

Follow up on warm and cold leads systematically to maximize conversion

7.

Generate self-sourced leads through referrals, re-engagement of past contacts, and community networking

8.

Follow up on pending and installment payments from enrolled students

9.

Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closings

10.

Participate in weekly team training, role play sessions, and skill development activities

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi and English — spoken and written (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele calling or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
  • Basic interest in or knowledge of financial markets and forex trading is a strong plus
  • Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to handle rejection constructively
  • Team player who actively contributes to team culture and morale
