Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telecaller, based in Business Bay, Dubai.
The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone, explaining the services and benefits offered by the company, addressing any queries regarding immigration services, and providing guidance on application processes.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, maintaining records of client interactions, and working closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in speaking and understanding English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Customer service skills, including the ability to address client inquiries and handle various concerns professionally.
- Telephone etiquette and active listening skills to effectively engage with potential clients over calls.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes or a willingness to learn about visa and migration procedures quickly.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales is considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
