Overview
Roles & responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential owners and clients
Explain company services clearly and professionally and get properties for real estate and Holiday Homes.
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate records of calls and client details
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Desired candidate profile
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Previous tele-calling or customer service experience is preferred
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
