Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Telesales Representative** to join our growing sales division.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and investors.

Your primary focus will be outbound calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-value consultations for our senior real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Outbound Prospecting:** Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our database.
  • **Lead Qualification:** Pitch Empiretech’s real estate portfolio, understand client needs, and qualify their buying potential.
  • **Appointment Setting:** Schedule property viewings and consultations for the closing team.
  • **CRM Management:** Accurately update and maintain client records, call logs, and pipelines in our CRM system.
  • **Follow-ups:** Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent and strategic follow-up calls.
