We are expanding our team and looking for a **Tele caller** to support lead generation, client engagement, and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Outbound/Cold calls to potential buyers & sellers interested in Dubai real estate properties in reselling, renting.
- Connect with potential clients via outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying interest in premium property offerings
- Schedule video call meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Follow up strategically with prospects across the buying journey
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in **English** + Additional languages are a plus
- Prior tele calling or real estate experience from 3 months above and up to 1 year (Dubai market experience preferred )
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
