Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience in telesales
- **Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)**
- **Very good to excellent level of English**
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Flexible to work extended hours when required
