- Hygeia Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Tele Sales Executive** to generate new business opportunities and promote our specialized cleaning and maintenance services, in UAE.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers over the phone, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce and promote the company's services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Prepare and send quotations and service information when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- ***Requirements***
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, or other languages will be an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven approach.
- Experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or maintenance services is preferred.
