We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executives to support our business growth and client acquisition efforts.
Position Overview
We are looking for confident and motivated Tele Sales Executives who can effectively engage potential customers, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the company's sales objectives through professional telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-up activities
- Introduce company services and generate interest among potential customers
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Immediate availability is an advantage
