We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the real estate industry to create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence and supports property marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital and print marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design property advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns
- Develop branding materials that align with company standards
- Edit photos and enhance property images for marketing purposes
- Create visually appealing presentations and listing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaign concepts
- Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- Stay updated with current design trends and real estate marketing practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating social media content, digital ads, and print materials
- Knowledge of video editing software is an advantage
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing previous real estate design work is preferred
