Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment or staffing firms. The candidate should be confident in outbound outreach, generating new business, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and approaching potential clients
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align on client requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role within a recruitment or staffing company
- Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and client acquisition
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B sales within HR or recruitment services
- Existing client network is an advantage
- Understanding of current hiring trends in the market
