**Job Title:** Business Development Executive – Interior & Fit-Out
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the UAE's interior and fit-out industry and a passion for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
- Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until project award
- Meet sales objectives and contribute to achieving overall business targets
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the interior or fit-out industry
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into business
- Familiarity with the UAE construction and interior market
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
