Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the growth of our recruitment services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with companies seeking recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
  • Introduce and promote the company's recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads to develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into business.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing company, or HR consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
