Overview
Astek is looking for a Tele Sales Agent for one of its clients to support their campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Call eligible members using the leads provided.
- Clearly explain the offer, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
- Guide interested members through the purchase process in the app.
- Log each call outcome accurately, including interest, purchase, rejection, or no answer.
- Record the reason when a member declines the upgrade.
- Provide a brief weekly summary of calls, conversions, and rejection reasons.
- Follow the data-confidentiality requirements; customer data must remain within company premises and systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, a call center, or customer service; health insurance experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
- Professional phone manner, patience, and confidence handling objections.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel or similar tools, to record call outcomes accurately.
