Cybertronix LLC is hiring a Telecaller for its IT and technology business.
The role focuses on outbound customer contact, IT product and service explanations, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and sales-team coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's IT products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers.
Requirements
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Must be willing to work from the office.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Workplace
- The role is office-based and work location is in person.
- The position is full-time.
