Role Description

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain systems using Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare.
• Evaluate tools, conduct vendor assessments, manage procurement, and maintain vendor contracts, renewals, terms, and costs.
• Coordinate with IT Operations on system configuration and tooling decisions; run projects autonomously and keep management informed.
• Participate in the IT on-call rota and support IT Operations as needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role; SaaS-heavy or regulated-environment experience is ideal.
• Working knowledge of modern IT stacks in regulated environments, especially SaaS, identity, and endpoint platforms.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, including evaluation, procurement, renewals, and negotiation.
• Able to deliver projects autonomously, collaborate with the wider team, and work in a small, high-ownership team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services or crypto/digital asset experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust is preferred.
• ITSM or change-tooling experience, such as JSM, is preferred.
