Internship program

Project work

• Own an end-to-end project addressing a business priority, such as portfolio analysis, reporting or close-process improvement, workflow evaluation, or building a reusable model or tool.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis while checking results, identifying risks and limitations, and applying personal judgment.
• Collaborate across departments and with business stakeholders.
• Present project results to senior stakeholders at the conclusion of the program.

Required qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a listed or related field, with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, finance, accounting, data, or technology through coursework, clubs, prior work, research, or independent projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and learning agility.
• Data literacy and interest in using analytics to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Active use of AI tools in studies or projects, with ability to describe their limits and verify output quality.
• Organization, attention to detail, ownership, integrity, and commitment to high ethical standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-relevant tools, platforms, or data sources is preferred.
• Experience presenting findings or recommendations to senior audiences is preferred.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role: in-office Monday through Thursday at the San Diego headquarters and remote on Fridays.

Hourly compensation

• Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, based on skills, experience, knowledge, education, and abilities.
