As an Asset Management Intern at Realty Income, you'll work from our Phoenix, Arizona office alongside experienced professionals and business leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to the management and performance of a large commercial real estate portfolio.
You'll contribute to real business priorities, apply your analytical skills to real estate and financial information, and gain practical experience within Asset Management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and asset management through coursework, clubs, prior work, research, or independent projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Strong adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in changing environments and adopt new ways of working.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Active user of AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your studies or projects, and able to explain where they help, where they fail, and how you verify output quality.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of your own work product.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Prior internship or work experience in real estate, finance, asset management, or a related field.
- Experience with or exposure to financial modeling, particularly in Excel.
- Familiarity with industry-relevant tools, platforms, or data sources.
- Experience presenting findings or recommendations to senior audiences.
- This is a hybrid role with Monday - Thursday required in-office at our Phoenix location and Fridays remote.
- The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00.
- Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
