Heavyweight Technology Consulting Leader / MD Level is required by our global client
We require a seasoned individual with a strong and proven track record across the middle east. With a major focus on the UAE, KSA and Qatar and you will serve as the top-ranking executive responsible for driving regional growth, steering enterprise-wide strategies, and overseeing complex, large-scale technical projects. You will hold responsibility for securing key strategic partnerships, growing the regional P&L, and bridging hardware, software, and IT infrastructures across diverse verticals and act as the principal liaison to the Board of Directors, major stakeholders, and government entities, building an ecosystem that supports digital transformation initiatives aligned with the regional technology mandates.
Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
- **Vision & Alignment:**
- Translate broad corporate vision into executable, long-term operational and commercial plans for the MENA region.
- **Market Positioning:**
- Capitalize on the UAE and KSA technology ecosystem, driving expansion into new verticals (e.g., AI integration, IoT, cybersecurity) across the wider GCC.
- **Strategic Partnerships:**
- Cultivate alliances with global technology vendors, master developers, and government authorities to strengthen market reach.
Financial & Commercial Accountability
- **P&L Ownership:**
- Hold full P&L accountability for regional operations, balancing ambitious growth targets with strict financial discipline and risk mitigation.
- **Capital Allocation:**
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for integration projects.
- **Commercial Commitments:**
- Approve high-value contracts and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards. [
People & Organizational Leadership
- **Executive Mentorship:**
- Build, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing C-suite and senior management team (COO, CFO, CTO).
- **Corporate Culture:**
- Cultivate an inclusive, results-oriented culture that champions ethical conduct, safety, and continuous innovation.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in a senior executive role (Managing Director, Seniro Partner, CEO) specifically within the IT, Telecommunications, or Systems Integration sectors.
- Very strong track record in a similar role working for a major consulting partner or global SI
- (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering degree is strongly preferred.
- Board-level financial fluency, deep experience in P&L management, and managing enterprise financial structures.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market, cultural intelligence, and proven capability navigating business formation in the UAE.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and integration projects across diverse platforms.
