- IT Consulting Sales Senior Executive is required by our rapidly growing technology client
- Based in the UAE, we require an experienced IT Systems / Consulting Sales Senior / Lead to spearhead new business sales within a targeted client community
- ***Individual Contributor role with career progression into team management***
- The successful candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
- By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Note we can only consider candidates with a strong track record already working in the UAE and with an established network of customers in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, ideally both
- **We cannot consider candidates who have had multiple short term engagements**
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Hunt and close large scale deals across UAE and Qatar
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Essential previous experience/ skills / background
- 5 years' minimum quota carrying sales experience in the UAE working for a major IT company or consultancy
- Track record in managing enterprise accounts - deal sizes between $5-50M and above
- Demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Very well networked within the UAE major IT customer community
- Strong product knowledge within IT Enterprise Infrastructure / Cloud / AI / Big Data
- Very strong written client facing and presentation skills
- Arabic speaker highly advantageous
