- الهدف من الوظيفة: (Objective)
- تمثيل الشركة (العميل) كمدير للمشروع ومستشار تقني ووظيفي للإشراف على شريك تنفيذ أودو (Odoo Partner)، لضمان استلام المشروع وفقاً لأفضل المعايير وفي الوقت المحدد. بعد مرحلة التسليم، سيتولى الموظف إدارة النظام بالكامل، وتلبية طلبات الإدارات، وصيانة وتطوير البرنامج برمجياً ووظيفياً.
- المهام والمسؤوليات: (Responsibilities)
- **خلال مرحلة التنفيذ:**
- إدارة ومراقبة أداء "بارتنر أودو" والتأكد من التزامهم بجدول العمل ونطاق المشروع (Scope).
- مراجعة وثائق تحليل النظام (BRD) والتأكد من مطابقتها لاحتياجات الشركة الفعلية قبل اعتمادها.
- اختبار التعديلات البرمجية (Customizations) والـ Workflows والتأكد من خلوها من المشاكل قبل الاستلام (UAT).
- إدارة مخاطر المشروع ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن سير التنفيذ.
- **بعد مرحلة التشغيل: (Post Go-Live)**
- إدارة النظام بشكل كامل وتقديم الدعم الفني والوظيفي اليومي لجميع الإدارات.
- تحليل طلبات الموظفين والإدارات وتطوير خصائص جديدة (Custom Modules) برمجياً عند الحاجة.
- إدارة وتحديث النظام (Upgrades) وحل أي مشاكل تقنية (Bugs).
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد على استخدام النظام بفعالية.

- **الخبرة:**
- خبرة لا تقل عن
- 5 سنوات
- في العمل على نظام أودو كـ (Techno-Functional)
- **الخبرة المحلية:**
- خبرة لا تقل عن
- سنتين داخل المملكة العربية السعودية
- (معرفة بسوق العمل السعودي)
- **الخلفية التقنية:**
- خبرة قوية ومثبتة في برمجة أودو باستخدام

- وتعديل الـ PostgreSQL database، مع وجود سابقة أعمال ومشاريع ناجحة (يفضل تقديم رابط GitHub أو سيرة ذاتية للمشاريع)
- **الخلفية الوظيفية:**
- فهم عميق للدورات المستندية وإمكانايات جميع موديولات أودو (يفضل خبرة في مجال المقاولات).
- **ميزة إضافية قوية:**
- معرفة تامة بـ
- نظام العمل السعودي
- وتطبيق لوائح الموارد البشرية والتأمينات الاجتماعية ومدد والأجور داخل موديل الـ HR في أودو.
- **المهارات الشخصية:**
- شخصية قيادية، مهارات تفاوض عالية (للتعامل مع البارتنر)، والقدرة على إدارة المشاريع وتطبيق منهجيات مثل Agile/Scrum))
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
