Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented
Cashier
to join our Finance Department.
The role is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process and record all cash transactions through the POS system.
- Perform cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Verify cash received before processing transactions and maintain proper records.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service while ensuring smooth checkout operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent; candidates with a billing or finance background are preferred.
- Previous cashier experience is a mandatory.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Presentable, team-oriented, and able to interact professionally with walk-in customers.
