Required Qualifications

  • ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Valid Electrical Wireman/Supervisor License (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Indian Electrical Standards and safety regulations.

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 6- 8 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of Indian Electrical Standards and safety regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HT/LT Electrical Systems, Motors & Motor Control Centers (MCC), Transformers & DG Sets, VFDs & Soft Starters, Electrical Panels & Switchgear.
  • Familiar with safety protocols and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Note:
  • We believe in building strong operational and business understanding from day one. Accordingly, the successful candidate will undertake a structured 4-month immersion program at our Daman Manufacturing Facility. Company-provided accommodation will be available throughout the training period. Upon completion, the employee will transition to Vadodara, which will be the designated permanent work location.
