- ensuring high customer satisfaction on phone and in person
- Attend and resolve assigned service calls within defined timelines
- Provide
- technical support through multiple channels
- (phone, on-site, etc.)
- Achieve
- high first-time fix rate
- and minimize repeat service visits
- Maintain and properly handle company-assigned tools, assets, and property
- Report product issues and suggest
- improvements in appliance quality
- Ensure
- quick response time
- to customer queries and service requests
- Monitor and reduce
- repeat calls and unnecessary parts consumption
Key Skills Required
- **2–3 years’ experience**
- in home appliance service industry
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills for home appliances
- Good understanding of customer service standards and field service operations
- Ability to handle multiple service requests efficiently
- Strong communication skills (customer interaction both phone and in-person)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
