Role Description
We are seeking an expert Automotive Service Technician & Diagnostic Specialist who thrives in a customer-centric, high-standard workshop environment.
While you will occasionally support our internal transport fleet, your primary focus will be delivering top-tier maintenance and complex repair solutions for a diverse range of private client vehicles.
In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our customer service promise.
You will handle everything from routine servicing to advanced electrical troubleshooting, complex engine/suspension overhauls, and climate control repairs.
Working efficiently to minimize vehicle turnaround times, you will ensure every private customer leaves our garage with absolute confidence in their vehicle’s safety, performance, and long-term reliability.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a strong, proven track record in the UAE’s private workshop or dealership sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of multi-brand mechanical systems (Japanese, Korean, European, or American models), advanced vehicle electronics, wiring diagrams, and automotive AC systems.
- Diagnostic Mastery: High proficiency in operating modern computerized scanners and diagnostic software to pinpoint complex faults accurately the first time.
- Certifications: A relevant trade diploma, vocational training certification, or equivalent automotive credentials is preffered.
- Client-Centric Standards: Exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to clearly document faults and parts requirements on job cards for client transparency.
- Safety & Teamwork: Strict adherence to workshop safety protocols and a collaborative attitude to keep garage operations running smoothly.
