Position Overview
The Service Specialist/Engineer/Technician is responsible for providing high‑quality technical support, maintenance, and customer service for
concrete machinery and related equipment
.
This role ensures efficient machine operation, supports spare parts sales, and collaborates closely with the sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the receiving, delivery, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of concrete machinery and equipment.
- Conduct customer visits, follow up on service pipelines, and support the achievement of spare parts sales targets.
- Perform machine debugging, collect technical service information, and prepare accurate service reports.
- Manage inventory, including spare parts handling, stock monitoring, and documentation.
- Provide operation guidance and technical training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair engine, chassis, hydraulic, and electrical faults as required.
Requirements
- College degree or above; major in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in after‑sales service, mechanical maintenance, or spare parts sales.
- Strong willingness to collaborate with an international team and maintain a positive, proactive work attitude.
- **Hands‑on experience in repairing engines and chassis is strongly preferred.**
- **English proficiency is an advantage.**
- **A valid driver’s license is required.**
